Setting up your Mysa account is simple and takes just minutes. This guide outlines the various login options available to help you begin your Mysa journey quickly.

Go to the mysa subdomain for logging in. The subdomain will look something like this
www.<yourcompany>.mysa.io. eg If your company name is Kool Ice then the Mysa subdomain will be www.koolice.mysa.io

Once in, you will find 2 ways to sign up:

1. Google SSO

2. Microsoft SSO

Google SSO login

Click on sign up with Google. Select your account and click continue. Once verified, your will be redirected to your Mysa account

Microsoft SSO login

Click on sign up with Microsoft. Select your account and click continue. Once verified, your will be redirected to your Mysa account

Kindly raise a ticket with Mysa if you are still not able to sign up

Admin sign up

For Admins for the first sign up, you will be asked to set up a transaction password. Below are the steps to set that up

1. Enter the code sent to you on your registered email address. In your email inbox, please search for an email with the subject ' ----"

2. Set up a transaction password. The passwork should follow certain criteria

   1. Should be 8-14 characters

   2. Minimum 1 uppercase character

   3. Minimum 1 lowercase character

   4. Minimum 1 Number

   5. Minimum 1 special character (!,@,# etc)

   6. Cannot be same as the previous 3 passwords

3. Re-enter the password to confirm
