We’ve rolled out a set of powerful updates across Mysa to improve your experience across uploads, approvals, finance review, and settings. Here's a quick rundown of everything that’s new:
You can now set up multi-step approval flows in Mysa. This means bills can automatically go through more than one approver — based on conditions like Department or Amount.
It gives you more control and flexibility, especially when bills need to be reviewed by different teams or senior roles before payment.
A marketing bill above ₹50,000 can first go to the uploader’s manager, then to a specific Finance Head for final approval.
Please reach out to Mysa Support we’ll help you configure it.
Department is now a required field during upload and remains consistent throughout the bill journey.
Everyone is auto-mapped to a Central Team by default
New Timeline View shows the complete bill journey — from upload to payment, with every approval checkpoint.
Manual approver selection is removed. Approvers will now be auto-picked based on your pre-defined rules.
