We’ve rolled out a set of powerful updates across Mysa to improve your experience across uploads, approvals, finance review, and settings. Here's a quick rundown of everything that’s new:

Multi-Level Approvals

You can now set up multi-step approval flows in Mysa. This means bills can automatically go through more than one approver — based on conditions like Department or Amount.

Why this helps

It gives you more control and flexibility, especially when bills need to be reviewed by different teams or senior roles before payment.

Example:

A marketing bill above ₹50,000 can first go to the uploader’s manager, then to a specific Finance Head for final approval.

Uploads Just Got Smarter

  • Department is now a required field during upload and remains consistent throughout the bill journey.

  • Everyone is auto-mapped to a Central Team by default

  • New Timeline View shows the complete bill journey — from upload to payment, with every approval checkpoint.image.png

  • Manual approver selection is removed. Approvers will now be auto-picked based on your pre-defined rules.

  • Additional Fields Added:
    You can now add and view:

    • Business Unit (BU)

    • Cost Centre (CC)

    • Mysa Category

    • PO Number

Streamlined Approvals

  • Amount and Department stays locked once submitted and remains unchanged throughout the approval workflow.

  • Timeline view shows real-time status of the bill and highlights what’s pending.

  • Additional Fields Added:
    You can now add and view:

    • Business Unit (BU)

    • Cost Centre (CC)

    • Mysa Category

    • PO Number

Finance Review Enhancements

  • Timeline now includes all previous approvals. Hover to view detailed steps.

  • Department field can now be changed

  • Change alerts: You’ll get notified if Department or Branch fields are altered at this stage.

All Drafts — Cleaner & Smarter

  • Table view now includes Department for better filtering.

  • Manual approver selection from All Drafts will now be auto-selected based on your rules.

Settings Made Easier

Settings are now split into 3 simple sections:

  1. Org Constructs – includes Departments

  2. Company Settings

  3. Team

What’s New in Settings:

  • Add User flow now includes phone number, department, and manager fields.

  • User amount limits removed

  • User details can be edited.

  • User types are classified as Power and Lite.

  • Filter users by Department
